The service

Sweep is a Mac utility that identifies and removes unneeded files, plus this website for accounts, licensing and support. The free plan scans without limits and cleans up to 2 GB per month; paid plans remove the cap per their descriptions at purchase.

Licenses & fair use

A Pro license covers one Mac you own or control. License keys are personal; resale or key-sharing services aren't permitted. We may revoke keys involved in fraud, with refund where required by law.

Billing

Subscriptions renew until cancelled — cancel anytime and keep access through the paid period. App Store purchases are billed and refunded by Apple under Apple's terms. Direct purchases carry a 14-day refund on request.

Your files

You choose what to clean; Sweep previews and explains before acting and keeps a 7-day local restore vault. Because the vault lives on your disk, restores are impossible after it is purged or the disk is erased. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sweep is provided “as is” and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the past 12 months.

Changes

We'll post material changes here with a new effective date; continued use means acceptance.
